Description

Hike back along Sooke River Road for approximately 200m turning left on a steep gravel road.

This is mostly an overgrown, washed out logging road at the start. The right fork leads up to a pipeline. Walk on the pipeline to the left until you come to a set of 2 catwalks. Follow a side trail to the right up to a good viewpoint. Re-trace your steps downhill and go across the pipeline to the Galloping Goose Trail. Turn right and continue to views of the Sooke River waterfalls and some good swimming holes.
