Description

Route back can be either:

a. Up the same trail you came down.

b. Up the same trail taking the second trail on the right (somewhat obscure). This will lead over a small bridge and along past a waterfall. This is a steep trail with wooden stairs which can be slippery if wet or covered with leaves. This trail leads to a junction with the trail to Elbow Point/Joycelyn Hill, turn to the left to return to the vehicles.

c. Along the main trail taking the third trail on the right. This is a more well defined trail which is somewhat steep but not as bad as "b" above. Leads to the same trail described in "b" above.

Features

This trail features beaches, ferns (Western Sword-fern), forests (Arbutus, Douglas-fir and Western red cedar) and waterfalls.

Comments

This trail is often done in conjunction with Mt Work, Elbow Point or Jocelyn Hill.
