Description

This section of the trail passes the Saanich Historical Artifacts Society's Heritage Acres before parallelling highway 17 to Mount Newton Cross Road where it turns away from the highway and heads along Lochside Drive (shared with vehicles). The route continues on Lochside past McTavish Rd, passing Tuliste Park and the Washington State Ferry Terminal (to the San Juan Islands and Anacortes) before reaching downtown Sidney at Beacon Ave and Lochside.
