Helen Point Trailhead: Drive north from Victoria on highway 17 through Sidney to the end of the highway. Take the ferry to Mayne Island. From the ferry terminal drive 1.4 km on Village Bay Road to the second set of hydro lines over the road. The trail begins on the north side of the road.

The trail is entirely on land owned by the Tsartlip Indian Band, permission should be obtained prior to using this trail.
