Comments

This is an "upside down" hike, starting from a high point, dropping down into a valley and then proceeding back up to Grand Pass. Shorter trips stopping at Grand, Moose or Gladys Lakes are also worthwhile (note: to get to Grand Lake take the Badger Creek trail turnoff at 6.1 km, Grand Lake is at 1445 meters elevation (4740 feet) making for a total elevation change of 521 meters(1710 feet)).
