Glendenning Road Trailhead: Take Darwin Ave to Saanich Road, turn left and drive north to McKenzie Ave. Turn right and drive east to Blenkinsop Road (the 3rd traffic light after turning onto McKenzie Ave). Turn left on Blenkinsop and drive north to Mt Douglas Cross Road (the second road on your right). Turn right and drive to the top of the hill and turn left onto Glendenning Ave (the first road on your left). Drive to the end of the road and park in the small parking area.

Description

This trail leads from the parking area at the end of Glendenning road and provides access to several other trails in the park. The trail also provides access to the Mt Doug summit via a steep, sandy trail.
