Bluff Road, Galiano Island Trailhead: Take BC#17 north from Victoria to Swartz Bay and catch the ferry to Galiano Island. From the Sturdies Bay ferry terminal take Sturdies Bay Road for 700 m and turn left on Burrill Road. Burrill Road will take a sharp right and become Bluff Road. Continue down this road to the Bluffs Park access, approximately 4 km from the ferry terminal. Drive past the short side road and continue to a drive through pullout on the left hand side of the road. (You can also drive to near the summit by taking the side road mentioned earlier, this road can be quite rutted, it may be worth parking off the road near the turnoff).

Description

This trail can be hiked either from the summit parking area (which makes for a very short hike) or, as rated, from a drive through pullout on Bluff's Rd. There are two trails from this pullout, the upper one (on the left) is the one to the summit, the other trail drops into a valley and leads to a Japanese Kiln.
